2026年4月14日，小米集团-W（01810）发布公告，披露已根据此前回购授权对已发行B类普通股进行股份购回与注销，并于同日再次进行场内回购。
本次公告显示，公司已于当日注销从2026年2月24日至3月23日期间回购的合计36,747,800股B类普通股，占回购前已发行股本约0.142%，对应每股回购价为港币33.86元。与此同时，公司在2026年4月14日于香港联交所场内进一步回购2,790,000股B类普通股，占当日已发行股本约0.011%，每股回购价介乎港币30.6元至31元，总耗资约8,584.73万港元。
公告同时披露，因相应的A类普通股转换为B类普通股，公司A类普通股减少6,339,850股，B类普通股相应增加。于本次变动完成后，公司B类普通股数目为21,430,237,548股，A类普通股数目为4,468,057,752股。
购回授权于2025年6月5日获股东大会通过。公司确认已遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由首席财务官林世伟签署。
