消息面上，港交所披露显示摩根士丹利于9月29日在昭衍新药H股的好仓比例由4.84%升至5.23%，增持约45.7万股，每股作价约26.52港元；此前广发基金亦于9月24日增持40.92万股，好仓比例一度升至5.14%。机构密集加仓叠加CRO板块景气上行，对股价形成支撑。
公司2026年上半年营收7.04亿元，同比增长5.27%，经调整净利润7.48亿元，同比大增1126.80%，新签订单约20.2亿元，同比增长98.0%，在手订单约37亿元，同比增长60.9%。
