本月初卸任首席执行官职务后，诺伊鲍尔仍保留董事席位。这位与前美国能源部长里克·佩里共同创立公司的企业家，近期一直呼吁出售公司。据其透露，本人、家族成员及近期离职的高管团队合计持有公司约40%的股份。
Fermi计划在得克萨斯州阿马里洛建设巨型数据中心及发电园区，但截至目前尚未锁定核心数据中心租户。
