中裕能源（03633）于2026年6月1日发布截至2026年5月31日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司法定股本仍为10,000,000,000股，面值每股0.01港元，注册股本总额维持在1亿港元，较上个月无变化。
根据公告，公司期末已发行股本总数仍为2,748,305,157股，与上月底持平。其中已发行股份（不包括库存股份）数量从2,731,805,157股减少至2,714,805,157股；库存股份数量则从16,500,000股增至33,500,000股，总数平稳在2,748,305,157股。
公告显示，公司于5月期间采取了多次股份回购操作，共计回购17,000,000股，回购价格区间介于每股2.72港元至2.85港元。回购股份均被列作库存股份，截至5月底尚未进行注销，致使已发行股份数目相应减少。
另一方面，公司未有新增股份发行，亦无股份期权行使。此前于2013年通过的购股权计划已于2023年5月2日到期，当月并未因此产生新的股份发行或认股。
公司表示，截至2026年5月31日，公司已满足香港联交所对于公众持股量的要求，并确认上述所有股份相关交易均符合监管规定。公告由公司董事吕小强签署。
