6月22日晚，南旋控股公布截至2026年3月31日止年度的全年业绩，收益约46.234亿港元，同比增长6.2%；毛利约7.586亿港元，同比减少3%；公司拥有人应占溢利约3亿港元，同比减少12.2%；每股盈利13.19港仙。公告称，收益增长主要得益于越南营运的毛衣订单量增加，以及面料业务的订单增加，惟部份被羊绒纱线对外销售的下跌所抵销。
