在成本与费用方面，作业费用为402.73亿元，同比增长5.4%；除所得税外的其他税金为181.94亿元，下降10.3%；勘探费用为153.65亿元，主要受勘探及投资活动增加影响；折旧、折耗及摊销合计797.71亿元，较上年增长0.9%。期内经营活动产生的净现金流量为2090.42亿元，同比减少5.4%；投资活动净流出1115.55亿元，同比减少9.6%；融资活动净流出859.83亿元，同比减少12.2%。
截至2015年12月31日，公司资产总额为10985.59亿元，同比增长4.0%；负债总额2933.75亿元，下降4.4%；归属公司股东权益8027.50亿元，较上年增长7.4%。
