BAY AREA DEV Shifts to Electronic Corporate Communications; Releases 2026 AGM Circular and Proxy Form

May 29

Shenzhen Investment Holdings Bay Area Development Company Limited (BAY AREA DEV) has published the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Annual General Meeting circular and proxy form on both the company’s website (https://sihbay.aconnect.com.hk) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who previously opted for printed materials will find hard copies enclosed; additional printed copies can be requested free of charge through Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.

In line with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s paperless listing regime under Rule 2.07A, BAY AREA DEV has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Shareholders are urged to state their preferences via a reply form—either by scanning a personalised QR code to submit an email address or by mailing/emailing the completed form to the registrar. Requests for printed copies will remain effective for one year from the date of receipt.

Absent a functional email address on file, shareholders will not receive electronic publication notifications and must proactively monitor the company and HKEXnews websites; actionable corporate communications will then be dispatched in paper form. Enquiries can be directed to the Hong Kong branch share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during business hours.
