Recently, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Department of Science and Technology announced the list of selected model cases for artificial intelligence applications in 2025.

Jinan City has a total of seven cases included, such as the innovative application of the Spark Kehang Technology Service Large Model from Shandong Yiyun Information Technology Co., Ltd., ranking first in its province for the number of selections.

The seven selected cases focus on areas including foundational technology, industry enablement, product application, and specialized intelligent topics.

They span multiple sectors such as technological innovation, industrial manufacturing, digital government affairs, and smart healthcare, fully demonstrating the fruitful achievements in Jinan's AI industry development and integrated application.

In recent years, Jinan has identified the artificial intelligence industry as one of its 13 iconic industrial chains for focused cultivation.

The city benefits from robust infrastructure support, accelerating data resource growth, abundant algorithm innovation results, and diverse application scenarios, establishing it as a "four-zone overlay" city, including the National AI Innovation Application Pilot Zone.

Moving forward, the city's Industry and Information Technology Bureau will continue to deepen the "AI+" initiative, adhering to application-driven and innovation-led principles.

It will leverage the exemplary role of these benchmark cases to promote the deep integration of AI technology with scientific research, production and manufacturing, digital government, and public service sectors.

The aim is to fully build a highland for AI innovation application and a hub for intelligent industry agglomeration, thereby supporting the high-quality development of the city's industrial economy.
