Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) repurchases 1.49 million shares under ongoing buy-back plan

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT) has reported the purchase of 1,492,200 of its own shares on Jan, 08 2026 as part of its share repurchase programme for financial management purposes.

The shares were bought on the Exchange at prices ranging between THB 9.50 and THB 9.65, representing an outlay of about 0.55 million Singapore dollars.

STGT’s board approved the buy-back on Sep, 18 2025, authorising the company to repurchase up to 220 million shares, equivalent to 7.68% of its paid-up capital, through to Mar, 20 2026.

Following the latest transaction, the glove maker has cumulatively repurchased 79,401,200 shares, or 2.77% of its paid-up capital, for a total consideration of roughly 23.87 million Singapore dollars.
