千循科技有限公司（01640.HK）3月16日披露业绩预告，基于截至2025年12月31日止年度的未审核运营数据，公司预计：
1. 归属于母公司拥有人的亏损为0.1–0.3亿元，同比大幅收窄，相较上一年度1.237亿元的亏损减少最多约1.21亿元。
2. 年度收入不少于14.9亿元，较上一年度的3.568亿元增加约11.33亿元，增幅约317.6%。其中，二手电子商务业务贡献收入不少于14.4亿元。
公司指出，亏损明显收窄主要受以下因素驱动： • 二手电子商务业务带动毛利提升； • 金融资产减值拨备减少； • 终止合并一间间接全资子公司产生一次性收益。
