Recently, Beijing Seeyon Internet Software Corp. (688369.SH), a leading provider of intelligent collaborative operation platforms and cloud services in China, signed agreements with core subsidiaries of Harbin Electric Group Co., Ltd. The partnership officially launches the "Harbin Boiler Smart Digital Electronic Accounting Archive Platform Project" for Harbin Boiler Company Limited and the "Smart Integrated Business-Finance-Tax Platform Project" for Harbin Electric Group Finance Co., Ltd. Both parties will jointly develop a compliant, efficient, and intelligently integrated electronic accounting archive and integrated business-finance-tax management platform that meets national policies, comprehensively promoting Harbin Electric Group's financial digital transformation and intelligent upgrading.

Harbin Electric Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Harbin Electric Group"), primarily composed of Harbin's "Big Three Power Plants" (Motor Plant, Boiler Plant, and Steam Turbine Plant), is China's earliest power equipment research and development base and complete equipment export base. It is a major state-owned backbone enterprise under central management that is crucial to national security and the national economy. After more than 70 years of development, the group has formed an industrial layout centered on hydroelectric power, nuclear power, coal power, gas power, wind power, marine power units, electrical drive equipment, and power engineering contracting, covering equipment development, engineering construction, and manufacturing services.

The project focuses on "integrated management of business, finance, taxation, documents, and archives." Through automatic system integration with SAP systems, treasury systems, business travel platforms, business operation information systems, tax management, OA, and other business systems, the project will restructure and rebuild existing expense control and tax business systems. This creates a closed-loop integrated business-finance-tax control system where capital flow, information flow, and document flow converge into one unified process.

Through the construction of the management platform, the project will establish efficient matching and effective connections between accounting vouchers, original attachments, and imaging materials. This achieves full-process automation and digitization of accounting archive collection, filing, storage, and utilization, with intelligent matching and classified storage. The system will generate electronic accounting archives that comply with national archive management standards, Harbin Electric Group's financial system requirements, and comprehensive system standards.

Looking ahead, Beijing Seeyon Internet Software Corp. and Harbin Electric Group will continue to deepen their cooperation, jointly exploring more digital and intelligent innovative application scenarios. They aim to create replicable and scalable industry transformation benchmarks, helping more central and state-owned enterprises build new paradigms for smart finance and collaborative operations.
