Pico Far East Offers HK4.5-Cent Special Dividend with Scrip Option Priced at HK$2.522

Pico Far East Holdings Limited announced a special dividend of HK$0.045 per share for the fiscal year ended 31 October 2025, alongside a final dividend of HK$0.09 per share. Both distributions were approved at the 27 March 2026 annual general meeting and will be paid on 26 May 2026 to shareholders on record as of 10 April 2026.

Shareholders may elect to receive the special dividend in cash or wholly/partly in new shares under a scrip dividend arrangement. The scrip shares will be issued at HK$2.522 each, reflecting the average closing price over the five trading days up to and including 10 April 2026. The share allocation formula is:

Number of scrip shares = (Shares held on record date × HK$0.045) ÷ HK$2.522, rounded down to the nearest whole share. Fractional entitlements will be disregarded and retained by the company.

Key dates: • Dispatch of circular and election form: 21 April 2026 • Election deadline: 4:00 p.m., 6 May 2026 • Dispatch of share certificates: 26 May 2026 (by ordinary mail, at shareholders’ risk) • First trading day of scrip shares: 27 May 2026

Application will be made to The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited for listing and dealing approval of the scrip shares.
