公告指出，集团针对不同区域市场需求变化，推出聚焦家庭聚会及节庆主题的餐饮体验，线上优惠活动与折扣券也成为提振客户参与度的主要手段；同时通过投资轻装修改造餐厅与集中采购、人力成本优化等方式，力求进一步管控成本。上述措施虽未能抵消市场需求放缓带来的冲击，但管理层依旧对后续经营回暖保持信心。
