公告显示，本次回购后，公司已发行股本由225,651,400股降至225,649,400股，库藏股份规模增至729,200股，公司总股份数则为226,378,600股。根据2025年5月13日通过的回购授权，手回集团可购回22,637,860股股份；截至公告日，公司已于包括香港联交所在内的交易场所累计购回729,200股，占获授权时已发行股本约0.3221%。
