SHK PPT (00016): Siu Hing Kwong acquired 240,500 shares of SHK PPT off-exchange at an average of HKD 105.9595 per share on September 25, 2026, involving about HKD 25.48 million. The off-exchange transaction was not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing. The acquisition was a voluntary disclosure as the increase did not cross a whole percentage threshold.
