维昇药业-B（股份代号：02561）于2026年6月12日发布公告，披露当日通过香港联交所场内回购公司股份，回购数量为5900股，占当日前已发行股本约0.005%，每股回购价介乎19.91港元至20.06港元，合计支付约11.79万港元。
本次回购完成后，维昇药业-B的已发行股份总数维持113,926,864股不变，惟其中不包括库藏股的已发行股份数降至113,801,064股，而库藏股数则增至125,800股。公告显示，公司回购授权于2025年6月27日获得通过，可购回股份总数为11,392,686股，至今公司在联交所及其他证券交易所合计购回125,800股，占授权通过当日已发行股份总数的0.11042%。公司同时确认相关程序符合香港联交所上市规则及适用法律法规的要求。
