泡泡玛特方面回应称，公仔制作过程中难免会有小痕迹或颜色不匀的情况，这属于正常现象。公司表示支持14天退换货政策，并强调所有商品出厂前都经过严格质检。然而，这一解释似乎未能平息投资者的担忧。
业内人士指出，泡泡玛特采用代工模式，在产能激增时可能会出现"代工的代工"现象，这可能导致品控标准不一致。同时，由于潮玩制作涉及大量手工环节，标准化生产面临挑战。随着公司销量的快速增长，这些品控风险被进一步放大。
