本周五（3月28日）港股盘初，恒大汽车再涨超50%，成交额超1000万港元：
本周三恒大汽车发布公告称，公司董事会留意到其在香港联合交易所的股票价格和成交量出现上升情况。
此前，债权人申请恒大恒驰新能源汽车（上海）有限公司破产清算，该公司于2025年3月17日收到上海市第三中级人民法院的裁定书，法院已受理破产清算申请。
然而，董事会经合理查询后表示，并不知晓导致股价上涨的原因，也没有必须公布的信息以避免公司股份出现虚假市场的情况，同时也不存在根据香港法例第571章《证券及期货条例》第XIVA部必须披露的其他内幕消息。
3月26日，恒大汽车股价表现异常，收盘时上涨了74.79%，盘中涨幅一度超过230%。随后市场传出消息，称广汽集团旗下的华望汽车将收购恒大汽车南沙工厂。
针对这一传言，广汽集团董秘办作出回应，称广汽GH项目是一家轻资产运营公司，将优先利用埃安、传祺品牌产能，并提醒公众不要轻信传言，一切信息以公司公告为准，随后恒大汽车股价跌近30%。
