受会议延期影响，公司调整暂停办理股份过户登记手续的时间：原定的2026年8月14日至2026年8月20日（包括首尾两日）暂停期，变更为2026年9月17日至2026年9月22日（包括首尾两日）。
公司确认，2026年9月22日为股东周年大会的记录日期。有关会议地点、议程及其他事项的具体信息，公司将于适当时候另行发布通知及通函。
