Gilston Group Limited (the “Company,” together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) announced the resignation of its Company Secretary, Authorised Representative, and Process Agent, effective 1 December 2025. According to the announcement, Mr. Chan Kam Fuk stepped down from his roles and confirmed no disagreements with the Board. There are no matters related to his resignation that require attention by the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong or the Company’s shareholders.

Ms. Yu Sin Ting was appointed to fill these positions, also effective 1 December 2025. Ms. Yu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Queen’s University in the United Kingdom and is a practising member of CPA Australia. She previously served as an assistant manager in the audit and assurance department at AOGB CPA Limited, primarily handling financial statements and supervisory responsibilities.
