2026年7月8日，绿新生物科技有限公司（01084）公布，其全资附属公司格林（中国）科技发展有限公司代理的BOTEC品牌环保透明窗口三文治盒已获香港环境保护署批准，列入“绿色餐具平台”。该产品使用由集团附属公司蓝海藻膜（福建）生物科技有限公司自主研发的100%可生物降解海藻多醣体薄膜，为香港法例第603章《产品环保责任条例》2024年4月22日修订后所规定的即弃塑胶餐具替代品之一。
公告显示，相关多醣体薄膜已获得第三方权威机构认证为100%不含塑料，并于2024年3月取得德国TÜV DIN Home Compostable认证。董事会表示，产品成功进入“绿色餐具平台”将有助于提升集团品牌在香港及国际市场的知名度与竞争力，并对业务发展产生积极影响。
绿新生物科技称，将继续加大研发投入，推出更多符合国际及地区环保标准的高质量产品，以响应全球减塑趋势并为股东创造长远回报。公司同时提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
