根据公告披露，晶泰控股有限公司（2228.HK）预计截至2025年12月31日止年度将实现全年扭亏为盈。公告显示，公司2024财年的收入约为2.66亿元，净亏损约15.15亿元；而在2025财年，公司收入将不低于7.80亿元，同比增长约193%，净利润预计不少于1.00亿元，较去年明显扭转亏损局面。
公告指出，收入增长主要得益于智能机器人解决方案及药物发现解决方案等核心业务亏损收窄。同时，2025财年由按公允价值计入损益的金融资产带来的收益净额将达到5.00亿元，远高于2024财年的0.25亿元。2025财年公司亦不再发生可转换可赎回优先股的公允价值亏损，此前这部分在2024财年录得约8.75亿元亏损。
