CLARITY MEDICAL (01406) has announced that EY has resigned as the company's auditor, effective March 31, 2026, following a request from the Board of Directors. Based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has resolved to approve the appointment of Crowe (HK) CPA Limited as the new auditor. This appointment is pending the completion of the ongoing client acceptance procedures for the audit engagement, to fill the auditor vacancy. The term will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
