Anhui Expressway (00995) has announced the completion of its significant transaction involving the purchase of a portion of shares in Shandong Hi-Speed Company Limited. All conditions precedent under the share transfer agreement have been satisfied, and the major transaction was finalized on the date of this announcement in accordance with the agreement's effective terms.
Following the completion of the acquisition, the company now holds approximately 7% of the issued share capital of the target company. The target company is primarily engaged in the investment and operation of transportation infrastructure, alongside equity investments in related sectors across the upstream and downstream产业链 of the expressway industry.
