中国健康科技集团公布，2025财年实现营收9,020万元，同比上年同期的4,760万元增长约90%。经调整净利润为2,270万元，相比2024财年的2.00亿元减少约89%。管理层指出，利润大幅回落主要由于上年同期包含一次性债务重组收益所致。
2025财年毛利约为821万元，高于上年同期的190万元；毛利率由4.0%提升至9.1%。2025财年经营活动所产生的现金净额约为3,470万元，较上年同期2,880万元增长约20%。销售及分销开支从90万元增至140万元，行政开支由2,150万元降至1,570万元。
业务分项
林业业务实现收入3,660万元，上年同期为3,250万元；人参业务收入3,950万元，较上年的1,510万元增长显著；健康产品板块本年度贡献收入1,410万元。公司表示，人参业务大幅增长主要受自有种植与外部供应商合作模式促进，健康产品板块则处于发展初期，呈现快速增长势头。
