In early Friday trading, Nike Inc. (NYSE: NKE), a component of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, fell 1.9%.

On Monday, the company reported first-quarter revenue of $11.7 billion, representing a 1% year-over-year increase, finally reversing the decline seen in recent quarters. Net income dropped 31% year-over-year to $727 million, though this represented a narrowing compared to the previous quarter.
