C.BANNER (01028) announced that all conditions for the issuance and subscription of shares have been fulfilled. The issuance and subscription were completed on December 11, 2025. A total of 415.4 million subscription shares were successfully issued under the terms of the subscription agreement and subscribed by nine investors at a price of HK$0.205 per share.
