远东发展公布截至2025年9月30日止的2026财年上半年财务数据，营收约为37.56亿港元，同比下降27.4%。经调整净利润2.03亿港元，较上年同期的0.33亿港元大幅增长509.8%。
本期经调整毛利率为34.8%，上年同期为31.2%。销售及市场推广费用同比下降30.3%至1.88亿港元，管理费用基本保持稳定，约为5.77亿港元。
业务分项
物业发展收入约20.42亿港元，同比减少42.0%，主要因为有关住宅楼盘的结算数量减少所致。酒店业务收入约10.70亿港元，同比增长9.6%，该增幅主要来自香港及马来西亚等地需求上扬。停车场及设施管理业务收入同比下降9.7%至3.43亿港元，系剥离部分表现欠佳的停车场导致。博彩业务收入同比增加11.4%至2.18亿港元，受益于奥地利市场推广活动成效显著。
下个财报期展望
公司在公告中表示，将继续以审慎方式管理资本结构，推进非核心资产及业务的处置，以缓解财务压力并优化负债水平。公司预计多个重要项目的完工与交付将带来可观现金流，并在整体经济环境反复的背景下支撑业绩的进一步恢复与增长。
