2026年9月4日，清科控股有限公司（01945）发布补充公告，就2026年8月13日已披露的认购理财产品交易（“认购事项”）提供进一步信息。
公告指出，认购事项的合作方“平方和”是一家专注于指数增强、市场中性及其他量化投资策略的基金管理公司，具备稳固业务基础及市场认可度。
根据公司资料： 1. 香 港 平 方 和 有 限 公 司及宁 波 平 方 和 投 资 管 理 合 伙 企 业（有 限 合 伙）*由吕杰勇先生实益拥有并控制。 2. 宁波平方和拥有两名有限合伙人，分别为宁波衡盛及宁波元数企业管理合伙企业（有限合伙）*，两者最终亦由吕杰勇先生控制。 3. 吕杰勇先生为独立第三方，与本公司及其关联人士不存在关联关系。
董事会同时重申，除已披露内容外，认购事项的其他条款及条件维持不变。
截至公告日，清科控股董事会成员包括：执行董事倪正东先生、符星华女士及张妍妍女士；非执行董事龚虹嘉先生；独立非执行董事YE Daqing先生、ZHANG Min先生及余滨女士。
