2026年8月11日，汽车街发展有限公司（02443，下称“汽车街”）公告称，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月未经审计的综合管理账目之初步审阅，预计本公司拥有人应占净亏损不多于人民币15.0百万元；而2025年同期录得净溢利约人民币12.8百万元。公司由盈转亏。
公司指出，预期净亏损主要受国内汽车消费市场疲弱及行业竞争加剧影响，部分汽车经销商退网或缩减规模，导致2026年上半年收入及毛利同比下降。
为应对市场变化，汽车街表示将持续推进二手车出口平台建设及探索新的拍卖模式。公司预计上述举措的成效有望自2026年下半年起逐步显现。
汽车街在公告中提醒，相关数据基于未经审计的管理账目，实际业绩可能与本次披露存在差异。公司计划于2026年8月底前发布截至2026年6月30日止六个月的中期业绩公告。
