1. Scope of materials: The electronic option covers all future corporate communications issued by Winfull GP, including directors’ reports, audited accounts, interim and quarterly reports, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.
2. Consent mechanism: Signing and submitting the form constitutes explicit consent to forego printed copies. The instruction applies to all subsequent communications until a written revocation is lodged with the Hong Kong Branch Share Registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited.
3. Flexibility: Shareholders may change their election for delivery format or language at any time by providing reasonable written notice to Tricor Investor Services Limited. Upon request, printed versions will be supplied free of charge.
4. Contact information: Completed forms should be mailed to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F., Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Local postage is free using the provided mailing label.
5. Personal data: Information supplied on the form is collected voluntarily and will be used solely for processing delivery instructions in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, with access or correction rights available through Tricor’s Personal Data Privacy Officer.
Shareholders whose shares are held jointly must have the first-named holder sign the form for it to be valid.
