华能国际电力股份(00902)于2026年5月22日发布更新公告，披露截至2025年12月31日止年度的末期股息安排。公司已宣派普通末期股息每股0.4元人民币，公司预设派发货币为港元，具体港元金额及派息日有待公布。
此次股息方案尚待2026年6月16日举行的股东大会批准。若获通过，除净日定为2026年6月24日，为符合获取股息分派而递交股份过户文件的最后时限为2026年6月25日16时30分，暂停办理股份过户登记手续的期间为2026年6月26日至7月2日，权益登记日为2026年7月2日。
在代扣代缴所得税方面，公告明确了对不同投资者类型的适用税率。对于非中国内地登记地址的个人股东，香港居民、澳门居民及与中国协议股息个人所得稅率为10%的国家居民将按10%税率扣缴个人所得税；与中国无稅收协议或协议税率20%的国家居民等将按20%税率扣缴。非居民企业股东按10%税率代扣企业所得税。对于沪股通投资者，按10%税率代扣，若其所在国与中国协议税率低于10%，可申请退还差额。对于港股通投资者（包括内地个人投资者和证券投资基金），统一按20%税率代扣个人所得税。
