西班牙能源巨头Naturgy能源集团发布最新战略展望，预计到2026财年将实现约53亿欧元的息税折旧摊销前利润（EBITDA），合并净利润目标约为19亿欧元。同期资本支出规划约为21亿欧元。
公司宣布将于2025年支付每股0.57欧元的最终股息。董事会已批准弗朗西斯科·雷内斯连任执行董事长至2030年，任期将超越当前战略规划周期。
在治理结构方面，IFM提名拉尔斯·贝斯波尔卡通过增选方式加入董事会，使其委任的董事席位由两个增至三个。与此同时，贝莱德旗下全球基础设施合作伙伴（GIP）表示其三位委任董事中将有一人辞职，该集团委任的董事席位将由三个减至两个。
此外，Naturgy决定新设战略愿景委员会，由执行董事长直接领导。这一系列举措标志着公司正积极优化治理架构，为长期发展注入新动能。
