公司表示，本次回购基于2026年1月26日通过的购回授权，该授权允许购回股份总数为71,068,930股。截至目前，公司已在交易所或其他证券交易所合计购回18,137,000股，占前述购回授权通过当日公司已发行股本约2.5520%。
公告同时指出，公司已遵守香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由董事长、执行董事兼首席执行官宋奇签署。
