业务分项
物业投资业务在报告期取得收入约715万港元，较上年同期约683万港元有所上升。主要来源于投资物业的租金收入保持稳定并略有增长。放债业务则实现收入约3,736万港元，上年同期为3,886万港元，整体仍保持相对稳定的利息收入贡献。
