Celestia BidCo Limited与安能物流集团有限公司(“本公司”，股份代号：9956)联合公告，双方已就根据公司法第86条所进行的协议安排达成私有化提案，并对购股权持有人提出购股权要约。公告中指出，香港交易及结算所有限公司、香港联合交易所有限公司及香港中央结算有限公司对公告所附的购股权要约接纳表格概不负责，对于其完整性及准确性亦不作任何声明。
