2026年4月24日，BOSS直聘-W（02076）发布公告称，公司于2026年4月23日回购A类普通股59.72万股，占当日前已发行股本约0.06176%，回购价格区间介乎每股6.595美元至6.78美元，合计支付约399.40万美元。
公告显示，截至上述日期，公司已发行股本总数仍为840,416,267股。公司回购授权于2025年6月27日获股东大会批准，可回购股份总数为9,161.39万股。截至本次回购，公司已合计回购1,437.27万股，占授权决议通过当日已发行股本数目的1.5688%。
