Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (Xiao Noodles) has filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 April 2026 with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, confirming a steady share-capital structure alongside ongoing share repurchases.

Authorised and Issued Capital • Authorised/registered capital closed the month unchanged at 710.69 million H-shares with a par value of RMB0.02 each, equivalent to RMB14.21 million. • Issued share count (excluding treasury shares) also remained flat at 710.69 million; the company held no treasury shares as of 30 April 2026.

Share Repurchase Activity • Between 3 February and 30 April 2026 the company repurchased 5.85 million H-shares. • These shares were bought for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled by month-end, therefore they are still included in the issued share total.

Capital-Market Compliance • Xiao Noodles confirmed full compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement of 25%, and no share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or exercised during the month. • The return was submitted on 7 May 2026 by Chairman and CEO Song Qi, affirming adherence to all listing-rule and legal obligations.
