LANCANG TEA (06911) announced that following approval by shareholders at the annual general meeting, Ms. Huang Lin was elected as an independent non-executive director of the third board of directors. The board of directors resolved on September 1, 2025 to elect Ms. Huang Lin as convener of the board remuneration and assessment committee, convener of the board nomination committee, and member of the board audit committee.
