公告显示，公司于2026年2月27日回购145,300股H股，占回购前公司现有已发行股份（不包括库存股份）约0.0877%，每股价格区间为每股7.50港元至7.70港元，合计支付金额约1,107,454港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为169,175,842股，其中165,586,942股为已发行股份，3,588,900股为库存股份。
公司于2025年5月28日通过了回购授权，总回购上限为16,668,364股。截至目前，公司已累计回购1,036,700股，约占授权当日已发行股份总数的0.622%。公告同时确认本次回购已符合法例及上市规则的相关规定。
