值得注意的是,三月份旧金山成交的典型住宅最终售价比挂牌价高出8.9%。与之形成鲜明对比的是,全美范围内典型住宅成交价反而比最终挂牌价低1.3%,创下自2020年以来三月份最大折扣幅度。这一反差凸显出旧金山楼市供需失衡的严峻态势。
