9月9日，丽珠医药集团股份有限公司（01513.HK）发布2026年半年度利润分配预案。公司于2026年9月8日召开第十二届董事会第三次会议，以10票同意、0票反对、0票弃权审议通过相关议案，方案尚待股东大会审议通过后实施。

本次分配以2026年半年度股权登记日的总股本为基数（截至公告日为8.88亿股，已回购但未注销股份数不计入），向全体股东每10股派发现金股利人民币10.20元（含税），预计派息总额9.06亿元，不进行送红股及资本公积转增股本。

2026年上半年公司合并报表归属于上市公司股东的净利润为9.32亿元；本次现金分红金额占该项净利润的97.15%。按照合并报表与母公司报表可供分配利润孰低原则，2026年半年度可供分配利润上限为9.23亿元。

分红资金将全部来源于公司自有资金。截至2026年6月30日，公司合并报表未分配利润为124.01亿元；母公司未分配利润为9.23亿元。公司当期交易性金融资产及相关投资在2025年末和2026年6月末的账面余额分别为18.68亿元、23.83亿元，占总资产的比例分别为7.79%和10.10%，均低于50%。

公司表示，因法定公积金余额已超过注册资本50%，本期不再提取法定公积金及任意公积金。若在分配实施前因股权激励行权、可转债转股或股份回购导致股本发生变动，公司将按既定每10股派10.20元（含税）的比例相应调整分配总额。
