Jiangsu Zenergy Battery Technologies Group Co., Ltd. released its Articles of Association, highlighting significant corporate information. According to the document, the Company’s registered capital is RMB 2,554,421,103, with the total number of issued shares at 2,554,421,103. The par value is RMB 1 per share, all of which are ordinary shares.

The Company has completed filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission on February 19, 2025, and obtained approval to list 121,523,700 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 14, 2025.
