酷派集团(2369)于2026年2月27日公告称，其全资附属公司Digital Tech在2026年2月26日（东部标准时间）于公开市场出售了合共390份MSTR认购期权，对应39,000股MSTR股份。每位认购期权持有人可于到期日酌情行使，行使价为每股150.00美元。
此次出售认购期权获得的总权利金为51,210美元。若所有认购期权均获行使，认购期权持有人应付总代价约为0.0585亿美元（约0.4569亿港元），加上已收取的权利金后，酷派集团估计可合计取得约0.0590亿美元（约0.4608亿港元）。公告显示，若全部行使，集团预计将确认收益约0.0092亿美元（约0.0719亿港元），对应股份的历史成本约为0.0498亿美元（约0.3889亿港元）。
公告提到，出售上述认购期权后，若未来全部行使并交付相关MSTR股份，Digital Tech将不再持有MSTR任何股份。酷派集团称，此举有助于降低投资风险并提高回报。由于本次交易的最高适用百分比率超过5%但不足25%，按照相关上市规则构成须予披露交易，需履行申报及公告规定但获豁免股东批准。
