公告显示，AI机器人板块收入占比不断提高，带动整体营收增长。与此同时，投资物业公允价值在本期出现净收益，较上年同期的公允价值净亏损大幅改善；此外，按公允价值计入损益的金融资产公允价值亏损规模也有所收窄。值得注意的是，由于出售金融资产收益减少，部分抵消了本期营收增长的正面影响。
