8月9日，国联民生证券股份有限公司（01456）公告称，公司董事会于2026年8月8日收到非执行董事杨振兴的辞职报告。杨振兴因个人事务辞去非执行董事职务，辞职即日起生效，辞任后不再担任公司及其控股子公司任何职务。
公告显示，杨振兴确认与董事会无不同意见，亦无需提请股东及债权人注意的其他事项。公司指出，其离任未导致董事会成员低于法定最低人数，不影响董事会及公司经营管理的正常运作。公司将按程序启动董事补选工作。
截至公告日期，公司董事会成员包括：执行董事葛小波；非执行董事顾伟、周卫平、吴卫华；职工董事陈兴君；独立非执行董事高伟、郭春明、徐慧敏。
公司董事会对杨振兴在任期内对公司发展的贡献表示感谢，并由董事长顾伟代表董事会签署本次公告。
