Tien Wah Press Holdings Berhad (TWPH) announced that its joint-venture vehicle Lum Chang Tien Wah Property Sdn Bhd (LCTWP) signed a venture agreement with MyTelehaus Sdn Bhd on Jan, 7 2026 to develop, own, lease and operate a data centre on a 1.61-acre portion of LCTWP’s land in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

LCTWP will provide the land, fund and build the core-and-shell structure, while MyTelehaus will secure all regulatory approvals and handle the design, fit-out, commissioning, marketing and day-to-day operation of the facility. Upon completion, LCTWP will lease the data-centre building to MyTelehaus for a 30-year term.

Revenue from the centre will be split according to each party’s cumulative capital expenditure, with LCTWP receiving 50 % at initial operating capacity and 20 % after full phased expansion.

LCTWP’s total capital commitment is estimated at about 33 million Singapore dollars, to be funded through internal resources, bank borrowings and potential shareholder loans. TWPH’s proportionate share of this commitment amounts to roughly 4 million Singapore dollars.

The project is subject to relevant regulatory clearances and the execution of definitive construction and lease agreements. TWPH said the venture is not expected to have a material effect on its results for the year ending Dec, 31 2025 but should contribute positively in subsequent periods. No directors, major shareholders or connected persons hold any interest in the transaction.
