China Biotech Services releases AGM circular; seeks new share and repurchase mandates, director re-election and auditor re-appointment

China Biotech Services Holdings Limited issued a shareholder circular dated 22 May 2026 detailing four resolutions to be tabled at the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM):

1. Proposed general mandates to repurchase shares and to issue new shares. 2. Proposed re-election of retiring directors. 3. Proposed re-appointment of the Company’s auditor. 4. Notice convening the AGM.

The AGM is scheduled for 15 June 2026, and a form of proxy has been made available.

The bilingual circular and proxy form can be accessed on both the Company’s website (www.cbshhk.com) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders may opt to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications by submitting the enclosed reply form via email or by returning it to Union Registrars Limited, the Company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar.
