SINO-OCEAN GP Ranks Top 3 in Tianjin Property Market Sales

Recent data from the China Index Academy revealed the "Top 10 Tianjin Real Estate Companies by Sales Performance (Jan-Oct 2025)" and "Top 10 Tianjin Real Estate Projects by Sales Performance (Jan-Oct 2025)" rankings. SINO-OCEAN GP secured the 8th position in sales volume with RMB 3.121 billion and ranked 3rd in sales area with 239,800 sqm. Two of its projects, Future City and Boyu Hai, were listed among the top 10 projects, maintaining strong sales momentum.

Since 2004, SINO-OCEAN GP has chosen Tianjin as the first stop in its nationwide expansion, developing a series of high-quality residential projects such as SINO-OCEAN Haihe Xintiandi, SINO-OCEAN New Line, and SINO-OCEAN City. These projects, known for their prime locations, superior construction quality, and comprehensive community amenities, have gained immense popularity among Tianjin residents, establishing the group's strong reputation and brand image in the local property market.

Over the past two decades, SINO-OCEAN GP has diversified its Tianjin operations, covering residential development, office buildings, commercial complexes, and elderly care services.

In July this year, "Tianjin SINO-OCEAN Loti Harbor" debuted, introducing over 20 regional flagship stores to create a cultural, artistic, and social hub. On October 25, the revamped Tianjin Eco-City Future Plaza opened as the group's fourth "Future Series" shopping center in Tianjin. Spanning 100,000 sqm, it features a 10,000 sqm outdoor lawn, an IMAX theater, and over 30% experiential retail space, targeting families with a one-stop "mini-vacation" concept.

Recently, the landmark Boyu Hai project, with a total construction area of 700,000 sqm, completed the handover of approximately 470 residential units 33 days ahead of schedule. To date, the project has delivered over 1,700 high-quality homes.
