根据公告，于2025年5月27日通过的股份回购授权可供回购的股份总数为296,164,785股，截至目前，公司已累计回购85,804,000股，占该授权获通过当日已发行股数约2.9%。回购完成后，新股发行或再出售库存股份的暂止期截至2026年6月11日。公司确认，本次回购已获公司董事会正式授权并遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法规。公告由执行董事皮至峰签署。
